Kickball fast forward

Bryson had 8 games in his season of kickball.  These pictures are a fast forward view through the last 6 kickball games!

Home plate!

I was helping the players know when to run at the third base.  Kendyl was enjoying a little snack when she noticed Bryson on the base!

This is Bryson showing me that he didn't get an "owie" on his knee.  He had gotten one in a previous game and he was determined to not get another one.

Here's to an awesome 1st kickball season!!

Girls night out!

Three of our girl friends had birthdays so there was plenty to celebrate during our night out!  It was also one of the last nights out with Tosha who has moved to California.  I absolutely love our many nights we have all had together, we will miss you Tosha!
(Me, Rhonda, Andrea, Tosha, Angie, and Shannon)
I am so happy that Rhonda thought of bringing her camera!

My favorite childhood book

I had a favorite book when I was little and I can remember asking my sister Ingrid to read it to me over and over.  I couldn't remember the name of the book and I often tried to search the Internet to find some type of trace of what the name was so that I can try to buy one.  I wanted to have it to be able to read it to my kids.  After years of looking for it I finally found it and when I heard the name of it, it all came back to me.  We let Bryson choose which book he wants us to read to him at bed time but I have to admit that I didn't give him the option the day that my book came in the mail.  But now I get really excited if Bryson chooses to read my book on his own!

Sunday nap

Every Sunday I have to wake Kendyl up from her nap so that we can make it to church.  I don't normally see her sleeping, I just let her be until she wakes up from her naps.  But on Sundays I get to see her, how peaceful she looks.  I LOVE her to pieces!

Deja Vu!

Ever since the boys slept in the tent last week I have heard Bryson ask to sleep in the tent every night.  Since it has been during the week we kept telling him that he couldn't because Brady has to get up early to go to work.  So then came the weekend and Bryson once again asked to sleep in the tent.  I smiled at Brady wondering what he was going to say this time since he didn't have work in the morning.  To my surprise he said "I bet Momma can sleep with you in the tent!".  Bryson got really excited and before I knew it I was outside.... in the tent.

The next morning Brady took the tent down and laid our sleeping bags by the stairs.  They were there a couple of hours until Brady decided to get in one and walk around trying to scare the kiddos.  Bryson's reaction was to do the same thing.
There weren't any scared kids, but there was a lot of laughing!

Last chance

We sold my car so that we can get a bigger vehicle.  It's so bitter sweet, but none the less it was time to get all my stuff out of it. This is the night before Brady was taking it to sell it off.  I let Bryson play in the car one last time!

Kickball game 2

The kids line up like this when their team is kicking.  I have noticed that Bryson always sits by Joe!
Ready to kick!

Third base.
Running home!
There isn't much outfield playing going on from our team.  They like to stand around, Lance is starting to get them all separated in this picture.
High fives!
Kendyl was very content with her lollipop during the game!

Walkin' in Daddy's shoes!
