Brady and I found a perfect lot to build our new home! I had been looking for a while trying to find a lot that was in Providence (love Providence), but I was also a little picky about the lot so we feel really good with what we found!
Which also meant that we were ready to put our house up for sale.
I had one (two hour) block of showings where three agents showed our home and within six days of putting the sign up we had sold our home!
We are super thankful that things fell into place to easily, but there is definitely a bitter sweet feeling as well. Time was ticking and our time left in our home was coming to a close.
