There is an offender on the loose. This offender is wanted for multiple counts of causing pain to a cute little girl. Kendyl has not been able to identify the offender due to the fact that the incidents occur when she has her head turned. The offender has been spotted doing the act in a photo, if anyone is able to identify this offender please tell us where to find him/her, Kendyl would like to have a little chat!
